Our Response to Coronavirus

We understand there is a lot of worry and uncertainty regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and we'd like to reassure you that our goal is to remain open to treat and care for your pets. We take your health, your pet's health, and the health of our team very seriously. We feel we are able to play a role in supporting local and federal health officials in working to contain the virus. With that in mind, we'd like to inform you of the measures we are implementing in an effort to limit the spread of this disease in our community.

As a precautionary measure to keep our doctors, staff, clients, and animals safe, we are pleased to offer curbside service as an option for your pet's appointment.

We ask that if you have a non-Doctor appointment or are picking up food or medications that you utilize this concierge service and allow us to deliver your items to you in your vehicle rather than come into the hospital. Payment will be taken over the phone and invoices will be emailed to you.

If you opt to go this route for a Doctor appointment, please inform our team ahead of your appointment.  At the time of your appointment, pull into a parking space and give us a call, remaining in your vehicle. A team member will discuss what is going on with your pet then come collect your pet from the car and bring them inside for their examination. Please make sure all cats are in secure carriers and dogs are on a controlled leash. The doctor will consult with you via phone regarding findings and recommendations and we will return your pet to your car when any authorized treatments are completed.

As always, we request that if you have a fever or are exhibiting any respiratory, flu, or cold symptoms, that you remain home. Our goal is to continue to provide full service veterinary care to your beloved pets, while doing what we can to help keep you, our staff, and our community safe. Currently, we are open during our regular business hours (8-6 M-Fri and 9-2 Sat) and are maintaining most regular services with the exception of nail trims (until April).

We will continue to diligently monitor the situation and make decisions based on the latest scientific information or direction from government authorities.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility while we navigate this dynamic and ever-changing situation. The wellness of you, your pets, and our staff is our number one priority.
